He has such bad potency it doesn’t proc it’s his only one that isn’t granteed and it’s not worth building him for potency. His other zeta is actually good though. Also the pirates are the worst team they have released in a while appo by himself without his clone summon is stronger than the whole team. Same with Jedi temple guard. All 4 released characters at gear 12 with zetas can’t beat the 5 star challenge
I had thought that, but it says, "which can't be evaded or resisted." Wouldn't that make potency a non-issue?
Against players and non event things yes but bosses in the event ignore that
And all characters in the Plunder and Pillage are deemed to be "bosses" in that event?
