Jawa Chance 5 Pack Store Purchase Bugged

I purchased the Jawa Chance 5 pack and received an in game message that I exceeded the purchase limit for the Jawa Chance bundle (I only bought one 5 pack) so the game automatically turned them into 5,847 crystals. 

how does one get a refund or resolution for this?
