Needs to be nerfed. His speed boost its too powerful to be a unique ability rather than a leader ability. Droid teams being able to combine the speed boost with another leader ability is a big oversig...

B2 does no damage? Well that's good because he attacks 400 times each round. Seems to do a bit of damage then. And mass dispel and buff immunity on Han etc. You're right an awful toon, nobody should go for him. Nobody.
I didn't say anything about him being awful or useless or anything of the sort. I have him and absolutely love him for his dispels and debuffs. However, he does little damage with his attacks. In a 1 on 1 situation he almost always loses. The point I was making is that a team running both of them really only have 3 damage dealers and HK doesn't do high damage either.
