According to the ability Line in the Sand, Every time a Jawa gets damaged, the enemy that damaged them that turn has an 80% chance to be inflicted with a Thermal Detonator; if enemies are constantly damaging your Jawas, the enemy will be getting more and more detonators, even when they attack out-of-turn. And with the Omicron on Salvaged Equipment, those TDs will keep getting replenished after every detonation, increasing the Jawas' survivability.
And when the Jawa Scavenger uses Scrap Bomb, based on how many TDs are on the enemy team, that team would be blown into oblivion
