JC's heal cooldown
I asked this question earlier today but didn't get an answer. Am I crazy or shouldn't his cooldown be only 2 after his tier 6 upgrade? I recently upgraded him and my cooldown is still 3.

For me it's not even intermittent. It has never gone down to two. Thanks for the help.
Didn't mean to come off like that. I noticed that it is sometimes 2, sometimes 3. Sometimes it helps if I restart the app. Of course this fix isn't useful in missions or arena if you use him there.
