Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker should have a "Rebel" tag.
Luke Skywalker was referred to as a Rebel in Return of the Jedi by an Imperial on Endor when he went to be taken to Emperor Palpatine, so he should have a "Rebel" tag accordingly.

This has been an argument since his release. The reason they did it was because of balance. They didn’t want him on a CLS team.
the same is true for Jedi Training Rey, or Rey (GL). They definitely should have a Jedi tag, but they didn’t want them to be teamed up with the powerful Jedi like JKR and others.
They could modify his abilities through conditioning to balance it out so he can have the Rebel tag without making him overpowered.
