TL,DR- Jedi Lule will be relased via achievments just like Vader was.

New content would be required. Many players already or almost finished the achievements part of the game.
Yeah, or crazy high achievements. I think some could be things that are behind a timewall like,
-Have played for 1 year
-Has logged in for X hours/days
Other ideas include
-Unlock 50% of all toons
-unlock 75-100% of all toons
-7 star all toons
-7 star 50% of all toons.
These are achievments that we didnt get but dont require a new game mode. Also this way keeps such a key player on an even playing field for everyone.
These have nothing to do with how you actually perform in the game. And then again, many players already played more than 1 year and unlocked between 60% and 100% of all toons. Achievements should reflect how you manage to use toons and deploy strategies. They should focus on the results.
