Yeah, it's a good idea, but getting that many characters at once upon joining the game would just be too much of an influx I think, marquees work almost because they come out gradually, to the point at which people began to complain there were too many last year, though I never understood that.
Yea, my original idea about old marquees was to do one/two a month alongside the legendaries. If they drip feed them then that'd be super nice.
