100% Reva is probably the first Youngling we see at the beginning. Only explanation for her knowing that Anakin is Vader is her seeing Anakin slaughtering everyone. She survives / escapes and is filled with resentment towards Obi Wan for allowing his Padawan to fall and destroy everything.
How would she know Anakin is Vader? He announce himself when he entered the Temple? Very few people knew Anakin was Vader so for her to know is not sitting to well with me.
1. She sees him slaughtering Jedi.
2. Palp calls him LV on the security recordings Yoda and OWK are watching. She could be captured, off the Holo...
Her seeing Anakin at the temple is the only logical conclusion, unless "Vader used to be Anakin" is common knowledge around Force LinkedIn.
