Krayt raid modifiers

Does anyone know if the modifiers/difficulty is guild based or personal?
So is someone like me with a Jabba squad going to have to do just g12 battles cause the whole guild doesn’t have him?

    Personal and squad specific. So jabba you can do at r5-8 jawas at g10
