Kylo without FO?

I have a 7* g8 Kylo. Obviously he's good in FO teams, but is he worth gearing if I only have Phasma? I'm working on the others, but it'll be months before I finish the hard node farms.

He's definitely very versatile right now, And FO just gives him tm and extra attacks. While that's ideal, he is definitely viable in other setups that rely on bulky damage

He will most likely work on any team that doesn't use cleansers
