He didn't shine until 5* for me. At 4* he can be one shot many most damage dealers which makes his taunt only prevent one or two of the other team toons from hitting whomever you are protecting. At 5* his health makes it more like 3-4 of the other team focused on him which almost always means your glass cannon will still be alive round one. At 7* lvl 60 he's around 13k hp and at lvl 70 it'll be 15k. He's gotta take a few hits so that'll force some teams to change heir comp to bring a direct counter against him like dooku or their own Poe.

When he lives to round 2 or when his expose hits 3+ of the enemy team it's pretty much game over for them.

Like a lot of toons it's hard to judge hem until they're really starred up. Also run Sid as lead on a high crit team and you'll notice how often you hit full. It's good stuff.
