Regular people dont have game changer-level mods either.... i think the highest ive been able to create is like a 16? On a 5* (ho hum) The RNG is a cruel mistress and you do not want to build events around people having to reroll 500x to get one lucky break... the entire sith raid has been screaming this lesson for how long now?
