It’s hard to make suggestions to fix a problem that isn’t defined to us.
There is a process for reporting cheaters, but it doesn’t seem to be very effective. Reports go unanswered and the reported players remain active in many instances.
But beyond us reporting the suspected cheater, the rest of the process is a black box to us. I can’t say “fix it by hiring more people to deal with the backlog” because I don’t know if that’s the problem.
CG must know where the process is breaking down or not meeting expectations - but unless they want to share that information with us, all we can do is guess at the cause and suggest solutions that may or may not solve anything.
