Ways to improve an individual character:
- Character Level
- Equipment/Gear Level
- Star Rarity
- Ability Ranks
- Mods
- Character Level, to a maximum of your player level (which everyone has the same opportunity, so level will NOT make a difference competitively)
- Equipment/Gear Level, not all toons require the same items, but there will always be overlap. Prioritizing who you delegate these items to sets your team apart from another player with the same composition, but has stronger or weaker individuals compared to yours.
- Star Rarity, the ideal long-haul of farming for any player that wants to complete his or her roster.
- Ability Ranks, there is always a use for the purple ability mats, and I would be incredibly surprised if you have everyone maxed for the yellow Omegas or dark blue Zeta’s. Zetas take a while, and what the player chooses to spend those on makes their teams relatively unique.
- Mods, doesn’t get any more unique than that. Ranks of mods, levels of mods, variation of secondary stats, the list goes on. Plenty of opportunity to play around and experiment there.
Summary, everyone prioritizes things differently and no one has reached 100% completion, I’m sure. Our individual goals and preferences keep us separate from the mold. Don’t become a statistic. Upgrade your roster for the sake of loving Star Wars.
EDIT: Also, all hail the glorified RNG. Praise be to those with a golden roll for instant opening turn meter.
