Because the quest says get to relic 5.- Level 90 won't make sense anymore with relics since they directly boost the STR/AGI/TAC stats which level increase does
- Well, this was the title more or less as described in Game, confirmation image to follow so, it is not intended to generate clicks, in fact I couldn't give a monkeys about the number of reads/clicks, just wondered if it is likely to give players the opportunity to use our stores of existing credits and training mats or whether something new will be introduced. I would expect the latter but hey...
