Level Cap Increasing/Stat Improvement

Ummm. No. People routinely misuse the phrase "exponential growth" to refer to continuous growth.

Exponential growth has increases that are represented by an exponent. 2 to the 16th power could be the multiplier in an equation representing exponential growth.

1.1 as a multiplier(which is what a 10% increase is)? Not exponential growth.
