The fact that there are equations where the multiplier could be used in an exponential equation is irrelevant. Why do you keep bringing it up?
The guy used the word wrong. It isn't an exponential equation. Continuing to bring this up like you've done will only make most people see that you are disagreeing with me and hence that what the guy did was an exponential equation.
Whether or not it was your intent, your responses to me have only muddied the issue. You have imparted no knowledge to me, and have made it harder for others to understand what was being discussed here.
