This just isn’t true. There was a highly effective strategy for when you went second, it’s just that lots of players didn’t work out what it was.
Plenty of threads here complaining their 6-/7-star Executor was being beaten by 4-/5- star Execs as well. And let's not forget depowering your BAM to get RC to go after XB. Weird times.
