Loading screan Freez

I clicked on my enemys team and tried to enter the fight the loading screan apeared everything is as always and sudenly the loading screan stoops to spin and freezes i had to close the app and Open the app again now my Team is gone and i have a failed attempt on my enemys team

    I have so had it with this. How is this an acceptable business model???? I've sent in tickets and I'm told nothing is being done. Are you kidding me???? I'm losing gacs due to freezing. This is by far some sort of class action lawsuit territory at this point. I just spent money last month on Profundity. What's the point if I can't stay competitive due to random freezes during THE most competitive mode???? Absolutely disgusting.
