I'm on that shard, and there's a lot of people new to the top 20 recently. If someone isn't playing nice and sniping when they shouldn't, just figure out their payout and teach them it is very easy to beat people but really hard to hold. Eventually they learn not to tee people off if they want their own crystals.
At least around my payout everyone is back to cooperating again after the brief period of thinking their new zeta team or GK was "unbeatable".
