LSB Robbery/Scam

Hi everyone,

Has anyone else had issues with purchasing the Light Speed Bundle? I was charged £40, but the item never showed up in-game.

I’ve already submitted multiple posts on the technical issues forum, but I haven’t received any replies. The in-game help feature isn’t helping either—it asks for a confirmation number that starts with letters, but mine is just numbers. When I try to enter it, the system won’t accept it and just says “that’s not a confirmation number.”

Right now, I’m stuck: money has been taken, I received nothing in return, and I can’t get through to support. I know I’m not the only one this has happened to, so I’m reaching out here:

Is there a direct support contact that actually works?

Any advice on how to get my purchase or a refund?

At this point, it feels like being robbed, and I don’t want others to go through the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
