CG did some testing BEFORE the toon was released, realized there was a problem and is correcting it.
Would you all preferred that the released it and THEN nerfed it a week or two later like they did with Qui-Gon Jinn?
I admit, getting some people's hopes up with the 50% TM wasn't the best thing to do, but getting the final (hopefully) version of the toon from the get-go is definitely the way to do things.
I understand and don't disagree with the change. But the meme is CG loves to nerf, and the idea that they love nerfing so much that they would nerf a character before it was even released/reworked was kinda funny to me
