There are lots of articles about the plans for Star Wars shows on Disney+.
While they obviously kick around ideas long before something gets into "planning" stage, not even everything that gets into planning stage ends up getting made, and so if it's not in the planning stage it definitely isn't getting made anytime soon. So what are they planning? Is a Boba series among the plans? Spoiler: Boba series is not currently on the table. These are in the planning stages, with some in "pre-production" meaning that they've actually decided for sure to go ahead with the project at least far enough to get a script & shoot some scenes & then see what the first episode looks like. If it's is pre-production, that means that there will be footage of some kind, but unless they're happy with it, that still doesn't guarantee any polished/finished full episodes that might get leaked 10 years from now as an "unaired pilot", much less a series that actually gets released to the public as an actual show that they actually promote. "In production" will only happen if they like the initial script, like the initial footage & have decided to produce whole, finished episodes (but even then they could decide not to air them).
The distinction between planning & pre-production & production in mind, let's look at the 4 shows on the Disney+ radar:
Rogue One: Cassian's Magical Mystery Tour (name may not be final):
As you know, Rogue 1 takes place before Boba got thrown into the Sarlacc pit, so no possibility of Boba's post Sarlacc life being explored here.
Obi-Wan: Middle Aged Ben
So, again, no Boba spin off - or at least none that would explain surviving the Sarlacc.
The Bad Batch
Again, this is the 3rd of these to happen before A New Hope, so still no chance of Boba's Sarlacc survival being explained.
Untitled, Mysterious "Female Lead" series :cough: Ahsoka :cough:
So this is the only show that might maybe possibly explain Boba's survival and his new disaffection for the Empire. Hard to say if it will, of course, but I'm leaning against it.
In sum, I think they might be kicking around ideas for shows that could explain the gap in Boba's timeline, but I don't see any upcoming spin-off that could do it. If they bother to explain it at all, it will merely be Boba talking to Mando about his past during this show, right now.
There may be a Boba spin off. Not sure I would like a season on it, but an episode or two would be ok.

Rogue One: Cassian's Magical Mystery Tour (name may not be final):
Spoiler
This is a series about Cassian Andor's adventures being a secret agent behind the lines, exploring all the things he did that later made him tell Jyn that his hands weren't clean and that he had done horrible things in the name of the rebellion & so he had to fight to the end and achieve something good so that he can die feeling like all the bad things were ultimately worth it in the end.
This show will take place LONG before the events of Rogue 1 so that if the series is good & popular they can do multiple seasons without conflicting with the events of the movie.

Obi-Wan: Middle Aged Ben
Spoiler
The adventures of Obi-Wan after the Revenge of the Sith & before A New Hope. This is going to take place sometime near the time-window of the Cassian adventures, but probably even earlier. Ewan McGregor will return to star in this series, which is awesome, but since he doesn't look like Alec Guiness, they're going to have to keep him significantly younger to make sure they're time for Kenobi to believably age (and get affected by the whether, I suppose) on Tatooine. As a result, Boba would probably be a teenager during this series. No chance for a Boba appearance here, though a young Ahsoka could show up. I wonder if the makeup & costuming could make her appear young enough for Rosario to portray her in this series?
So, again, no Boba spin off - or at least none that would explain surviving the Sarlacc.
The Bad Batch
Spoiler
A show following the adventures of the clone troopers known as "The Bad Batch". This would take place immediately after the Clone Wars ended (which end when Palp reveals himself, Order 66 occurs, and the Empire begins). We don't know what exactly they'll be doing, but Merc'ing, somewhere, somehow.
Again, this is the 3rd of these to happen before A New Hope, so still no chance of Boba's Sarlacc survival being explained.
Untitled, Mysterious "Female Lead" series :cough: Ahsoka :cough:
Spoiler
As yet we know tragically little about this show. It's been reported by Variety. Now, Variety has a website, but also a big-name magazine. They're not some basement rumor mill. So I'm inclined to believe them. There's also something else as well: Rosario Dawson was given a big contract to play Ahsoka, but she's not being used much at all in The Mandalorian. As a result, I expect that this is an Ahsoka series. They have a "show runner" who is the person who makes final decisions about directors & actors & such, and that's not necessary until pre-production, so they're fairly serious about this series despite how little we know about it. From Variety:
That's not a lot of information, but given the big Ahsoka contract for Dawson and the fact that all 3 of the other series take place after the end of the prequels and before A New Hope, "a different part of the SW timeline" would be more "end of the New Republic & rise of the resistance" just before The Force Awakens or maybe "the rise of the New Republic" which would be just after The Return of the Jedi. Right after ROTJ is, of course, the timeline we need, but that's only a guess, not confirmed, and only 1/2 of a 2 part guess, which makes it only 50% likely, and that guess itself is dependent on another series of guesses: that this is an Ahsoka series, that the version of Ahsoka we see will be played by Rosario Dawson, & that Dawson's contract means Ahsoka can't be too much older or younger than we see her in The Mandalorian, which takes place 8-10 years after Yavin, which means just a few years after Endor.
Of course the problem with the "Fall of the Empire/rise of the Republic" timeline guess is that they've specifically sad that the story takes place in a part of the timeline unexplored in other parts of Star Wars. We have ROTJ. We have The Mandalorian. Saying that the post-ROTJ timeframe is "unexplored" is dependent on whether you see The Mandalorian as exploring that. But since there are still Imperial cruisers & Moffs & Admirals, I'm not sure how "unexplored" this is. Finally, her quest for Thrawn is interesting, but in the new series would the studio be better off using that as foreshadowing that existed in Ahsoka's past? or using that as a point in Ahsoka's future towards which the new series moves? I think the first. If that moment existed in Ahsoka's future, then we would know that Ahsoka could never be killed in her own series. Although you do know that the title character won't be killed mid-season, any season finale could kill the character as a way to end the show .. unless you've already had the character appear later in the timeline. So post-ROTJ is a guess, but I don't think it's the best guess.
Details of the exact plot of the series are being kept under wraps, but sources say it will be a female-centric series that takes place in a different part of the “Star Wars” timeline than other projects.
