I just had a chance to read back over the situation. I'm sorry to hear you've been running into so many issues.
That said however, unfortunately when support mentioned a Community Manager would be able to fix these situations for your account, I'm afraid that is not correct.
Here on the forums, we cannot make any changes to your account whether that involves adding missing currencies, addressing payment issues, or changing the results of an event. If you're having trouble being charged incorrectly for something, you will need to resume a case or start a new one to get back in touch with support so they can take another look.
If there's some other issue or bug with the game itself, you're absolutely welcome to report that to us here. It sounds like you were originally posting there but were directed to change to General Discussion, which I'm afraid is also incorrect. When you report an issue or glitch above, that allows us to investigate and if we find some mechanic or mode is having an issue, we'll work on getting that fixed up for everyone affected. Though, keep in mind this is not an alternative channel for support issues and we cannot make individual manual adjustments for things like fleet battle attempts being used during a crash.
