Given the fact that non-critical damages are the same in all cases, they are omitted from calculation. So, only critical damages vary. I went on to calculate the necessary natural critical chance to break even between Boba and Sid in a typical Arena battle: 10 attacks which is rounded and easy to calculate.
The results: depending on the way the chances and extra damage stack, the required natural critical chance to use Boba over Sid is surprisingly between 62,4% and 88,4%. This clearly shows Sidious lead over Boba Fett is a lot better in the long run, especially in a more or less generic team. At the moment, at least.
Disclaimer: my knowledge of how numbers are being calculated in this game is quite limited. I might be off the real value by some % but not 20-30 for sure.
EDIT: a surprising result is that IG-88 might be the best leader after all. Not doing very thorough calculations but with a natural critical chance of about 1/3 he's already performing as well as Sidious.
Still my vote is on Sid, as he's probably the only one out of those 3 you really want to use outside of a dedicated team.
