In terms of Statistics, does it provide more total damage to have :

I also play diablo 3 and have a lot to calculate with CHC, CHD.
If I explain it in words:
The Chance should be good enough, to make use of a very good CHD.
If your damage is like 50% and your Chance below 16% the damage seems like a waste.
I would try to combine the toon stats with their spells (CHD, offense up).
