That's why I like my Rex DN GK Zarris DT set up. The battles are very drawn out and I can just use Anahilate and Deathmark for every kill. I reach DN 1hko much faster that the opponent because of DTs debuffs and his own CD increase. It is a charm on offense.

@ImYourHuckleberry have to agree, maul lead is fine. It's an easy way up for those without great mods and a fun team to play. Same as you I'm seeing lots of other teams rising again, very few maul in top 20.
Idk for sure how long I've been running Rex at least a year and in various comps but he's been the gift that just never stops giving. Going to be sad times if or when I have to retire him.

Rumors of zMaul's demise are greatly over-exaggerated. 12 of our Top 20 and 7 of the Top 10 are zMaul leads in my December '15 shard.

Still mauls lead dodge chance is definitely not as low as 20%

What an arrogant attitude to think your shard=the standard for everyone's shard. Swgoh.gg shows clearly that zaul is still meta by a land slide. The only reason these Rex teams are so prevelant is to counter the meta. Rex teams get smashed with fo, res,Jedi and zader teams. Far from meta. They just hide themselves in a sea of zauls.

This is definatly not true about 15 of my top 20 are Rex. Defiantly not hiding amongst anything.
