Omg. We get it. It’s based on max health.
The point is they should have defined it. It was poor form to not give us that detail.

I was skeptical because of the wording, but I incorrectly assumed it wouldn’t be as low as 20%. It’s just terrible, especially considering how much they kept showing that he was capable of producing.

That’s the new argument going forward.
