Please, please, please say that these changes at least include the GAC QoL updates we have needed for so long:

1) Preset defenses that once set stay for every following round.
2) The ability to edit preset defenses without resetting every team.

I will likely be in the minority here, but I am cautiously ecstatic. Assuming this goes as I hope it does, it is removing the game mode I hate the most and improving the one I like the most.

So it seems you’ll have long waits in upgrading toons since you can’t get daily crystals. Basically looks like a way to sell more crystals in between payouts. That’s the only way you’ll get to do daily refreshes!

Yeh ok blah blah blah it all ends up being a scheme for monetisation. All this and u still can't introduce saved squads for ships. Yeh i believe you. Your priorities are for the long term health of your pockets.... ah i mean game.

I like the changes, as a FTP with one GL (SEE, but working on JML), my arena climb to try and get to the top 50 is a pain, especially when someone knocks you down with a minute until payout.

Have you done your research and consulted your player base on these changes?

Seeing as we're killing arena, do something worthwhile and turn into a sandbox mode, zero cost, no rewards, but the ability to test teams and effects from the omicrons for different modes (TW, TB, ETC)
