Minor GUI Request - Unknown Gear, Hide Slot?

I'd love it if the gear slots I can't fill yet were either removed from the character list or if they indicated they can't yet be filled. I often forget which G10.5 character is already maxed because of all the empty boxes that can't be filled yet.

I know this is a personal problem, but I think it would be a great benefit to everyone to quickly move down the list, skipping those that can't handle any more gear currently.
