Missing Era of Andor Compensation

I’m writing this to see how many others are still waiting on the compensation promised by CG regarding the Era of Andor purchase devaluations.
Despite spending nearly $1,000 in the Era of Andor, I've yet to receive the promised compensation.
I've reached out to EA Support multiple times, but I keep getting hit with generic "bug report" scripts and closed tickets from the vendor support.
The materials I paid for were distributed for free, and the promised compensation was meant to address that loss of value, even though the value would be well below what was spent.
At this point, besides the Era Pass, I've halted all spending on the current Era until this is resolved (check the attached screenshots) as It's difficult to justify continued investment when previous commitments aren't being met.
I’m looking to see If anyone else with significant spend during that window is still missing their compensation? And has anyone successfully had their Ally Code manually reviewed via support?
