Missing Galactic legend shards

On the 19th of December I finished the Jabba the Hutt journey guide and I’m missing 10 shards. For the last week I’ve been talking to ea help on the app and I’ve had absolutely nothing useful from them. Just asking which event it is over and over. 

is there anyone on here that can help me because the game feels pointless now.
