Missing JTR shards despite completion
I have a guildmate who completed all the tiers of the JTR event yet is missing 50 shards. The event disappeared as well. He contacted EA help and they told them that there is nothing that they can do ...

He should get screenshots of:
- the event page current to today that should show no RJT event.
- his "inactive" character list showing her 50 shards short.
- his achievements list showing either A - achievement to unlock 7* still exists, or B - achievement to unlock is gone.
All three of those would probably provide ample proof.
