- MK 6 Chiewab Hypo Syringe: Needed 257 times

Not found in Gear Challenges:
- MK 3 Czerka Stun Cuffs: Needed 226 times
- MK 5 A/KT Stun Gun: Needed 121 times
- MK 3 Sienar Holo Projector: Needed 245 times

These gears items are the ones that create the biggest gear bottle necks. There's a good chance that if you have multiple characters waiting for the same item, it's likely to be one of these...

Hopefully the gear related event coming up on the 25th will help to alleviate some of the Stun Cuff, Stun Gun, and Holo Projector issues...
