Mod Cap
Am I the only one who consistently hits the mod cap? I work on mod challenges every day to try to improve the mods I have in my inventory, so I can give characters I'm working on the best possible mod...

Not anymore, as others have said, LHS mods are way common. As Darjelo said, 10 speed is very common on most of my toons. I might have lower speed in a trade off for offense or high value attribute that the character wants.
Leveling crap toons to 50 to hold mods is a good strategy if you're short on credits, no need for them to be 85 if you will never use them.
What is a LHS mod?
Having characters hold the mods will increase my GP won't it? My match ups in GAC are already pretty difficult because I invested in a lot of bad characters. I don't want to make it worse.
