The only thing remotely worth buying at your level is a 5-dot arrow with a speed primary.
Honestly though, you are better off farming mods. They are actually a decent source of extra xp and credits at your level.
Keep all arrows with speed primaries. Sell anything else lower than 5-dot (possible exception for 4-dots with great stats), all other greys and any greens which do not have a speed secondary.
Upgrade blues, purples and golds in 3 level increment and sell any which do not have speed or an awesome stat combo.
