Modified Round Rewards?

Hey I received a message about getting modified round rewards for my inconvenience. So where is it?

Did they ever double the rewards of TB for lessening the amount of TBs we are now getting each month?

I know they doubled the shards for ROLO and Probe Droid, but I can't remember if they ever doubled the GET. They should double it if that's the basis for reduced GA rewards

We are still getting a TB every two weeks. Why do you think those are being reduced?
