Mods for empire team?

potency? Im working in the same squad

I've played with potency but idk how much is too much for that since ep gives potency

As much speed as you can possibly get. Potency is secondary, it's nice if you can get it but it's not mandatory due to empire already having decent potency and then EP lead.
