MasterSeedy is far better equipped to provide mod feedback than I am, and I see she already has given chapter on verse on some things you could improve immediately to have better mods equipped and create space in your inventory. 

My own 2 cents: 

• There's a massive difference between a Speed set mod and a speed set mod with secondary speed. You seem to have lots of speed set mods that don't have speed secondary. You would make vast improvements to your modding and inventory space if you stopped equipping and keeping those mods
• I definitely have a handful of speed set arrow mods with non-speed primary, but the least speed secondary I have on any of the ones that are equipped is +20. I have 5 more unequipped with at least +15 that slicing / calibrating could further improve. Do the 7 speed arrows you have that don't have Speed primary all have speed secondary? If they don't, they are poor mods and should be sold
• Crit Damage is far from the most important primary stat for a triangle mod. Not all the new era units are attackers - and even if they were, there are often better primary stats to be used. 

Any time someone posts bemoaning the mod cap (which you indirectly did), it's clear that increasing the mod cap will do nothing to address the primary issue.
