Mods with expire date
Idea: Apply an expire date to mods similar like datacrons. Let's say 3 months. Benefit: Reduce the possibility of hitting the mods cap.

How about this, to avoid hitting the mod cap, get rid of the mod cap (at least raise the cap by a lot)
