My 5dot mod turned into 8 1 dot mods in the inbox

I got the same mail, but I did not purchase it.

I got 8 1 dot mods but didn't purchase anything. They just showed up there not sure why.

I think they are mods they gave to everyone. I didn't have the inbox message but they did show in my inventory. I had previously sold all MK3 and below mods.

Weird you mentioned this.

After going crazy on mod sims I decided to sell the useless ones and I somehow had a couple of one dot mods. No clue how when I simmed the top level.

Not bought like yourself but mystery mods indeed...

Same. Must have been free with the update so we could practice "slicing" and waste all the salvage on 1-dots.

They're intended for new players. Existing players got them because we'd complain if we didn't. Of course you found a way to complain that we did, so......

I sold them for credits. I'm not actually complaining. Nowhere in my post was I complaining other than completely tongue-in-cheek.
