Two? What two? All that the empire got from Rogue One was ShoreTrooper. TIE Fighter Pilot was not released with Rogue One. He isn't even a Rogue One character. Sure there were some TIE fighters in Rogue One, but the only time we actually see TIE pilots is in the original trilogy. The Rogue One pack doesn't have TIE fighter Pilot in it, the only dark side character from Rogue One is Shore Trooper. When The Force Awakens was released it was at least balanced 5 and 5 resistance and first order, and obviously we saw more resistance characters in person, but they still gave us 5 first order characters. Like just have a little balance when you release new characters. There are 7 rebels from Rogue One released and one Empire character. Like seriously? 7:1 is not an ok ratio.
TFP and ShT were announced at the same time. TFP is not strictly a Rogue One toon, but he was released in the same time frame as the other Rogue One toons.
