Han and Chewie are great candidates for g13 and r7. As for the rest, I've decided to give one crew member per ship a level 3-4 relic. For Phantom, that's obviously Ezra whom I already have at r3 for squad arena and raids. Gives the scrappy little ship a nice speed and damage boost. For the U-Wings, I'm working on Scarif Pathfinder, who is one hell of a tank. I haven't decided between Jyn and Cassian yet, but they're both worthy candidates imho.

PS: This is zEzra's HAAT damage at r3 with mediocre mods. On auto in P3 and 4. I could probably have soloed the entire raid but I missed P1. I'll try for a full solo on auto the next time. Point being, Ezra is a worthy relic candidate indeed. That makes 3 pilots in both factions who are a great choice for r7.

That only holds true until the ship meta changes. Which it likely will soon.

Assuming you already have a haat solo team, ezra has few places where he'd be amazing in game. I already solo haat with jtr and finn with 3PO and it doesn't require any g13 or relics.

And rogue 1 characters have absolutely no use in the game now that the tb is geo instead of hoth. Even before that, they were hardly needed at g13 with relics to do hoth tb.

Old ben or gk are both far better tanks than scarif rebel pathfinder.

If you are a kracken, by all means max the rebel fleet but don't whine in a month, when negotiator or malevolence is beating you anyway and you have limited use for the pilots elsewhere in the game.
