Biggs health drain and evasion combination makes him too overpowered. It's ridiculous he needs a nerf

To be fair tfp and shore don't trigger Biggs unique as they should being empire characters.
I said that these two guys complicate wiggs. Shore with his auto taunt and TFP with his omega and his buff imunity to any tank together with Wiggs.
