nerfing thrawn? also nerf gear reqs for the Fenix

Question

as a measure to bring balance to the nerfs you should make thrawn easier to get if you are nerfing the only good thing in his kit and the reason to get him in first place by changing the gear needed for the fenix. i mean time have passed and the mk5 stun guns and carbantis are still very required even with low-tier teams and these upcoming changes will need some aspects of the game need this kind of fixes. also returning the gear invested for those players that geared the fenix to 9 and above. its has been the starter team for most players most of the ttime so it should be cheap to gear them up.
also rework hera to summon chopper from the inventory

Ezra is the only Phoenix that is good after the thrawn event and even he isn't end game. Hera summoning chopper would be way to op as he is one of the most important characters on the team, the six character teams didn't exist until the last couple years

Not necessary. You only need g8 Phoenix for Thrawn.

This team can get through tier five of his event. No stun guns necessary.
