First and foremost I want to thank you for being so up front with us, finally. It is awesome to know how things work.
Not a bad way to release characters, congrats.
Are ships on the same plan as characters?
Plz, instead of blocking characters by their stars on raids, start doing it by their gear level so that most of us won't have to wait at least 4 months to use them.
