Level 38 – Unable to Attempt Raid in the Pit Quest

I’m currently at level 38 and attempting to complete another quest located in the Pit. The game allows me to enter the Pit, but it doesn’t give me the option to battle. Every time I click on "Battle," it says the event isn’t running. Does anyone know why this is happening? It doesn’t indicate that I’m missing any requirements—I’ve double-checked, and I meet all of them. However, I still can’t access any of the battles. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
