Yeah, they should never again improve the game or do what they promise, in case Ravens complains about it.
It's much better to leave the gear and relic crunches untouched forever.

That isn't what we're saying. What we're saying is that there's a certain segment of the playerbase that will complain about literally everything. This isn't hyperbole. You can go back into the archives and look for threads around the time of May 4 and December of every year and you'll see people angry that we didn't get enough free stuff--we'll get scores of shards, a full zeta, entire pieces of gear, and people will still be all "What do you mean we only get ONE stun gun?"

When you complain about literally everything it does two things:
1) It makes people discount your legitimate concerns because you're watering down your message. They write off whatever you're talking about as crying wolf and you go ignored.

2) It obscures REAL problems because you keep throwing out nonsense and increase the noise to signal ratio.
