Its a 50% chance (not including tenacity/potency) to increase the cooldown so unless that happens Zaul will not win. And against most Rex teams i can beat them with my droids by using K2 to daze whoever im focusing on. If they have chaze, kylo, or triple cleanser under Rex lead then i can't win. But with R2 all allies gets buffs from his unique so that gives everyone more health, offense and potency. With the team i suggested i doubt that most Rex teams will be a problem.
